Activity Policy

Attractions are intended for people in good general health. Guests must abide by rules posted for various attractions. There is a 250 pounds per person weight limit for the Jump Pad. The number of jumpers at one time is limited to maintain the safety for all guests. The Jump Pad and select attractions are not recommended for guests with recent surgeries, heart conditions, high blood pressure, neck/back injuries, leg/ankle weaknesses/injuries, seizures, motion sickness, and other health conditions, as well as for pregnant women and young children. Adults (18 years and older) must supervise all guests aged 14 years and under while using the attractions.

Adverse Weather Condtions

In the event of inclement weather, Kane Family Farms reserves the right to close. Refunds will not be given for unfavorable weather or weather related closures. In the event of questionable weather, paying admission is at your own risk. Please check our website and social media pages for the latest information.

Age Policy

Guests aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (age 18 and up). Farm activities are not supervised. A responsible adult must supervise guests.

Code of Conduct/Dress Code:

Kane Family Farms is a family atmosphere. Profanity and obscene gestures/comments are prohibited. Clothing that may be deemed offensive is not permitted. Kane Family Farms reserves the right to refuse admission to guests not abiding by these policies. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Because it is a working farm and outdoors, it is recommended that you wear closed toed shoes and dress comfortably for the weather. Guests may wish to use waterproof sun protection or bug spray.

Food:

We are excited to announce that the new Kane Family Farms food truck will be parked on site preparing wood fire pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, and more! Outside food and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Sack lunches are permitted for scheduled field trips.

Guests with Disabilities:

Handicap parking spots and handicap restrooms are available. The farm is outdoors and consists of grassy, dirt, and gravel areas; as a result, accessibility may be impacted by weather conditions.

Health & Safety:

Kane Family Farms is not responsible for personal injury and accidents that may occur while on the premises. Kane Family Farms is a working farm and as such, farm conditions should be expected. Guests should exercise caution near working farm equipment. By entering the property, you assume liability and responsibility for the safety of you and any guests accompanying you. Guests may experience allergens while on property, including: farm animal, hay/straw, corn, soy, and other environmental-related allergens. It is recommended that individuals with allergies carry personal medical devices (inhalers, epi-pens, etc.) while on property. Limited first aid is available and is not considered professional medical assistance. Kane Family Farms reserves the right to contact emergency medical services as deemed necessary.

Lost & Found:

Check with a staff member to inquire about items in the lost and found or to turn a found item into the lost and found. Kane Family Farms is not responsible for lost items. In the event you are separated from children or members of your party, contact a staff member for assistance.

Parking:

Parking is free. Handicap parking is available.

Pets & Service Animals:

Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are allowed and must be on a leash or in a harness at all times.

Smoking:

Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited on the property. Smoking near the corn maze can be especially dangerous.
